As a Certified Hypnotherapist, I was introduced to Hypnotherapy several years ago and the transformative power of the practice has brought about a shift in my approach.

Instead of spending hours talking, I have found that hypnosis accesses deeper subconscious material bringing about the shifts more quickly and brings about sustained results.

My use of hypnotherapy is unique in that it includes a life clearing to neutralize the effects of all negative or difficult experiences throughout the lifetime. I also assist with belief re-patterning, establishing new habits, and creating a vision for the future.

Hypnosis sessions are complemented with the use of yoga practices and energy healing (Qi Gong & Complete Cellular Mind Body Alignment).

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini is a unique form of yoga that is growing in popularity around the world. It is partially designed to release subconscious resistances and it can help us to break through old mental patterns and can inspire new ideas. It connects us to our core energy and supports us to be clear and live a life of authenticity.

Kundalini Yoga combines movement (kriyas) with breath work, mantra, and meditation. As we stretch/strengthen the body through Kundalini Yoga we detoxify and purify the body and mind. Activate energy centres which help us to get closer to our destiny and what we are meant to do in this lifetime.

Kundalini Yoga Master, Yogi Bhajan, brought these teachings to Canada and the States in 1969 and since then the movement has spread worldwide. Yogi Bhajan taught over 8,000 Kundalini Yoga classes. He proclaimed “It is everyone’s birthright to be healthy, happy, and holy, and the practice of Kundalini Yoga is the way to claim that birthright.”

Heather is certified with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (USA) and has been teaching yoga for mental health and well-being in hospital settings for well over ten years.

I have spent the past 20 years working as a counsellor/therapist with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, bipolar disorder, and grief/loss. Hypnosis and the tools that I integrate from my background in mental health and my training in Hakomi, Buddhism, and Kundalini Yoga are a perfect complement to healing and transforming on our deepest levels.

Couple Hypnotherapy

Feel your relationship is in a rut or lacking the passion you once had? Are you finding that you are arguing more often than you’d like but still deeply care about the other person?

Sometimes in relationships, resentments and patterns build up and become causes of disconnection or sadness.  Furthermore, sometimes tragedies change the dynamics of a relationship and need to be released on a deep level so the relationship can be reset.

Couple and family hypnotherapy can help to release pain, trauma, and sources of sadness, in order to re-establish connection, love, and trust.

Heather is trained by the Centre for Right Relationship in the Organizational and Relational Systems Coaching Model (ORSC) … In layman terms – couple, family and business coaching. She brings with this training years of experience in couple and family counselling.

Retreats

Heather offers retreats that are designed to assist you to live an empowered and full life. She works with groups and she also facilitates personalized healing retreats for those experiencing mental health difficulties and addictions.

Heather travels internationally and teaches in urban and remote settings.

She is also a trainer with the Beyond Addiction™ program.

Heather offers a unique style of group hypnosis sessions and retreats designed to assist you to make lifestyle changes and to live an empowered life.

She has programs designed for various purposes including weight loss, non-smoking, healing from trauma, self-esteem, and confidence.
