Hi, I’m Heather
I am passionate about sharing practices that promote healing. I have been a social worker for over two decades and have navigated the complex world of concussions, burnout, exhaustion and chronic pain.
Through yoga, hypnosis, and self-reflection I learned how to let go of the blocks preventing me from accessing my wholeness and reconnecting to joy.
