I’m so glad you are here.

My name is Heather. I’ve personally navigated concussions, relationship challenges and burnout. I believe that we all have innate wisdom that can be uncovered with a little help.

Has an unexpected event left you feeling immobilized? Do you tend to give so much of yourself that end up feeling exhausted and overwhelmed? Are you experiencing anxiety and/or panic attacks?

I offer services and support that goes beyond talk therapy. I specialize in Hypnotherapy, Yoga Therapy, and Applied Shamanism. I support you to reconnect to joy and vitality and return to a sense of wholeness.

Yoga Therapy

Heather is certified with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (USA) and has been teaching yoga for mental health and well-being in hospital settings for well over ten years.

Kundalini Yoga combines movement (kriyas) with breath work, mantra, and meditation. As we stretch/strengthen the body through Kundalini Yoga we detoxify and purify the body and mind. Activate energy centres which help us to get closer to our destiny and what we are meant to do in this lifetime.

Retreats

Heather offers retreats that are designed to assist you to live an empowered and full life. She works with groups and she also facilitates personalized healing retreats for those experiencing mental health difficulties and addictions.

Heather travels internationally and teaches in urban and remote settings.

Heather offers a unique style of group hypnosis sessions and retreats designed to assist you to make lifestyle changes and to live an empowered life.

She has programs designed for various purposes including weight loss, non-smoking, healing from trauma, self-esteem, and confidence.

Heather helps you to tune in deeply to your needs and identify how to fill yourself up emotionally.
