About Risa
Risa Adams is a Certified IFS Therapist, Approved Consultant and Assistant Trainer with IFS Institute. As a family physician she provides IFS psychotherapy and mental health services to perinatal patients and those healing from cPTSD. She is passionate about bringing the perspective of IFS beyond the therapy room to the broader health care system and Canadian community.
